Depending on the location, distance, property type, number of properties to be visited, and other circumstances, Green Morni Realty may charge a reasonable site visit, travel, transportation, or service fee. Any applicable fee will be communicated to the client before the site visit is confirmed. The fee structure may vary based on distance from our office/service area and the complexity of the visit.
For properties located at a considerable distance from our office or service area, advance payment of applicable travel or site visit charges may be required before the visit is scheduled. This will always be communicated clearly before any commitment.
Site visit requests are initially marked as "Pending Verification." Our team will contact you to confirm your requirements, availability, and any applicable charges before the visit is officially confirmed. A site visit is only confirmed after all requirements are met and any applicable payments are received.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a site visit, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Refund of advance payments for cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
During the site visit, our representative will accompany you and provide available information about the property and surrounding area. Please note that any information provided during the visit is based on available knowledge and does not constitute a guarantee.
